Eric Grijalva - Director of Tackle Football - Tackle Football
My name is Eric Grijalva and I serve as the Director of Tackle Football. My job is to receive applications for all football coaches and make recommendations for placement to the Executive Board. Investigate all complaints about football coaches and/or games and deliver the findings to the Executive Board. Schedule and oversee at least two coaches meetings: one meeting shall be held prior to the start of practice and first game; the second meeting shall be held mid-season. Ensure that all Football rules of the Pop Warner organization are being followed. Collect all MPR sheets from all coaches and enforce consequences for noncompliance. Make sure that all coaches have completed all certifications prior to the first day of practice.

Director of Cheer: Mahogany Jimerson - Cheerleading
Hi, I am Mahogany Jimerson the Director of Cheer for Xplosion Youth Sports. I am a College Senior, Track Athlete and Coach. Cheer has been apart of my life since I was 5 years old. I look forward to working with your daughters. My duties include receiving applications for all cheerleading coaches and making recommendations for placement to the Board. Make recommendations to Board regarding the number and size of cheerleading teams. Investigate all complaints about cheerleading coaches and deliver the findings to the Executive Board. Schedule and oversee at least two coaches meetings: one meeting shall be held prior to the start of practice and first game; the second shall meeting shall be held mid- season. Make financial recommendations to the Executive Board regarding the operating budget for the cheerleading division. Ensure that all cheer coaches obtain proper certifications including YCADA 8.8.7. Ensure that all Cheerleading rules of the Pop Warner organization are being followed.

William Hilton: Director of Sponsorship - Sponsorship
My name is William Hilton and I am the Director of Sponsorship. I have been apart of the Xplosion Family for over a year now. I trust the process of the what the program is about and I have seen the development of my kids. My job duties as Director of Sponsorship is to develop a plan that offers good value to sponsors and varying levels of participation. The sponsorship plan must be presented and voted upon on by Board of Directors for acceptance before it is sent out. Ensure that all commitments made to sponsors are carried through. Ensure that the type of business of each sponsor is in alignment with the image and branding of the Xplosion Youth Sports. Work with the Treasurer to establish a method of payment to Xplosion Youth Sports. Must get approval of all business donations that are for Xplosion Youth Sports, or individual teams or Athletic Programs to ensure consistent guidelines are being followed.
